Here's the step by step guide:

1. Click the link above. "Home Based Encoders" and after 5 seconds click the "SKIP AD" button located at the upper right side of the page
2. Click "Free Sign-up" on the upper right side of the screen.
3. Enter your email address, Full Name , Payment Type(Paypal) and your Paypal email address(the email address you used when you register your paypal account).
4. Re-type the image and click register.
5. Next window will show you the Quick Tutorial-READ IT VERY CAREFULLY
6. Once you are ready to start, click  on "Start Work" button at the bottom part of the screen.
7. Click "Solve Images" button on the left side of the creen to start encoding.
8. You can either hit ENTER on your keyboard or click "SUBMIT" button everytime after you encode a captcha. You can also pause typing by clicking "SUBMIT AND PAUSE" after you encode a captcha.
9. On the left side of your screen you can always go back and check the guides, faqs and rules by clicking "HELP".

----IF YOU CANT CLEARLY SEE THE IMAGE I SUGGEST DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK, ALWAYS TYPE ANY WORD AND SUBMIT IT. IT WONT HAPPEN TOO OFTEN THOUGH
